By accessing and using BIJASOUL.COM (the "Site") and engaging in our programs or therapy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
IMPORTANT: All coaching, Usui Reiki, ScalarPrana, and metaphysical space clearing services offered by BIJASOUL are complementary therapies. They do not constitute, nor are they a replacement for, professional medical diagnostics, clinical psychiatric evaluation, or standardized pharmacological treatments.
If you are experiencing severe physiological symptoms or clinical psychological distress, you must consult a licensed medical physician or psychiatrist immediately.
Intake bookings for Ruxandra's Integrative Therapy require payment confirmation. Cancelations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the session time to receive full transfer credit. Cancelations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% booking fee.
Vibrational products sold in our shop (e.g. Tensor rings, Rudraksha malas) are custom charged and cleared. All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of your use of the Site or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Selangor, Malaysia.
